Talent Advisor Phone Screen
In this step you will learn more about the role, about HarmonyCares and you will have time to share more about your background and job-related experience. This can be virtual with cameras on, or phone only - noted in the meeting invite.
Hiring Team Interview
At this stage, you will have what is usually a 30-45 minute conversation with the manager orteam you'd work alongside. We will provide a more detailed preview of the role and job expectations. You will also have time to ask questions to determine if this role would be a good match for your next career move. We know it needs to be a fit both ways for a career change to work. This too can be virtual with cameras on, phone only, or in-person - noted in the meeting invite.
Clinical Ride-Along
Some, but not all our clinical teams like to offer you the chance to do a ride-along. It's a great chance for you to get a realistic preview of the role and see a day in the life in action. We highly recommend taking advantage of this great opportunity to see our teams in action!
Decision
If a decision is made to extend you an offer for the role, you will hear from your Talent Advisor. Should you accept, we then kick off the formal onboarding process to get you started as a member of our HarmonyCares team.
