We are intentional about encouraging learning at the individual and organizational level. Our employees have been able to participate in classes enhancing communication, collaboration, and innovation along with personalized coaching and skill development opportunities. We prioritize both gaining and sharing knowledge here.

Career Development & Pathways

We encourage learning at the individual and organizational level. In fact, we've set a rather ambitious goal to fill and recruit roles internally at the same rate as we do externally. In 2023, we launched our first Career Development Week, a week dedicated to employee development. We explored bold topics like: Building Your Personal Brand, Career Pathing, Network Building, Grit & Resilience, Radical Candor, and Skills for the Future. Next, we are working on programs to provide paved pathways (example, MA to LPN to RN).
