Our Benefits

Our New Hires accrue 15 days of PTO their first year of service with us. New hires are eligible to start using accrued PTO after 90 days of successful completion of employment. After completion of year one through year five, you will accrue 20 days of PTO per year. After completion of five years of service, 25 days of PTO are accrued per year. Any accrued, unused PTO rolls over to the next calendar year to be utilized.

In addition to our eight company holidays, employees have two floating holidays to use as desired.

There are three medical plans to choose from, plus access to 24/7 virtual care. Employees are eligible on the first of the month following their start date.

There is a 50% match on the first 4% of an employee's salary deferral into the 401k. Vesting schedule increases each year, fully vested at five years.

We offer a dollar-for-dollar funding match up to a maximum employer contribution of $500 per individual or $1,000 for two or more people.

Optional additional benefit offerings to meet employee needs are available, such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance.

We get it, fur family is family. We offer customizable ASPCA pet insurance as an optional benefit.

Generous Benefits for Physicians and NP's

We recognize that the skills and knowledge of our Physician and Nurse Practitioner team members are critical to the quality of care for patients and our success as an organization. HarmonyCares grants the following allocation of time and dollars for CMEs:

  • Full-time Physicians and Nurse Practitioners can use up to $3,000 and five days, per year.

  • Newly hired Physicians and NPs are eligible after 90 days of hire. The amount of CME reimbursement and CME paid days will be prorated during the calendar year hired.

Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers are also entitled to annual reimbursement of the cost to renew state medical and DEA licenses for the state(s) in which services are provided for the organization.

Full-time Physicians and Advance Practice Providers may be reimbursed up to $400 annually for company approved professional memberships after 90 days.

Providers are offered A+ rated malpractice coverage with tail coverage upon hire and through contract terms.
